What are my delivery options
Kotini works closely with designers to facilitate and ensure your products are delivered on time. Due to the nature of our business, your garments are shipped directly from designers to your address. Depending on the preferred method of delivery from our designers, we will ensure that you are notified prior to your products being delivered to you.


How long does it take to deliver?
Our delivery times are within 5-7 working days for all orders. Due to the unique nature in which we source your garments, we will do everything in our control to deliver your parcels within the stipulated timeframe. Should it happen that a delay is experienced, we will contact you directly to communicate new timeframes.

Where is my order?
Kotini’s delivery timeframes are between 5 – 7 working days. You can trace your order on Kotini.store by following the below instructions:

1.Login on Kotini.store
At the top menu, click the key icon in the middle as demonstrated below, then click on Log in.


2. Your name
Following instructions similar to above, click on the key in your top menu options. The options will have changed, click on your name as demonstrated below.


3. My Account
On the left menu options under My Account click on Orders.


4. Order Summary
Your summary order history will be demonstrated on the page. To view more details of your order click on the Details button.


Kotini allows various payment methods to suit your comfort levels, we accept Credit Card Payments and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). 


Once you receive your garments and are not happy with them, Kotini allows you to log a request to return those items. Follow the below instructions to return items:

1.Login on Kotini.store
At the top menu, click the key icon in the middle as demonstrated below, then click on Log in.


2. Your name
Following instructions similar to above, click on the key in your top menu options. The options will have changed, click on your name as demonstrated below.


3. My Account
On the left menu options under My Account click on Orders.


4. Order Summary
Your order summary will be displayed on the page as demonstrated below. Click on Return Item(s) to proceed in returning items ordered.


5. Which Items do you want to return?
To return items, select the quantity of items you intend to return, fill out the reasons why you are returning the items and attach any additional information to support your request.


Kotini has applied layers of security that allows you as our customer to purchase items online securely without your information being compromised. Kotini does not store your credit card details, your account information or any of your sensitive information. We are using PayFast as our payment merchant which is PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant. Your safety on Kotini is our main priority, hence we have applied SSL encryption to ensure you browse securely.

To apply as a vendor, you must have already established your business as a fashion designer. Kotini enables fashion designers to reach new markets through an online platform. To apply as vendor click here or follow the below instructions. Please do note that as a vendor you are required to agree terms with Kotini prior to your account being approved. On completion and agreement of terms with Kotini, the vendor will be allowed to trade on our store. Please note that the registration and approval process takes approximately 5 – 10 working days.

Registration Process
1. Scroll down on landing page and on the footer click on the link Apply As Vendor



2. Fill out your personal details and attach any documents e.g. Logo, Company registration documents etc.
